SUMMARY:Radiologic Technology Entrance Exam
DESCRIPTION:The Health Education Systems Incorporated (HESI) Admission Assessment Exam helps predict the likelihood of success in the Radiologic Technology program and is one of the requirements for admission. \nTo register for the HESI test\, please contact Arlene Gokberk or phone her at 516.559.4247. \nCandidates must be registered in advance and cannot register the day of the test. \n\nâ–ª Exam fees are nonrefundable. \nâ–ª Exams cannot be rescheduled once a candidate has paid for and committed to a specific date. \nâ–ª In addition to all other admission requirements (see School Catalog)\, you must have at minimum an associate degree to enter this program. \nâ–ª If you score well\, this does not guarantee admission to the program. \nâ–ª Candidates may apply only once for admission to the Radiologic Technology program. \n\nAn Admission Assessment Exam Review book is available for purchase. \nPlease arrive at Hunter by 3:30 p.m. to sign in for a 4:00 p.m. test start time. The exam will take place in Room 5 and may take up to four hours to complete. \nPlease note also that if you arrive late or cannot present a valid photo ID\, you will not be admitted to sit for the exam. You will need your username and password.

SUMMARY:Independence Day
DESCRIPTION:The school is closed at both campuses for Independence Day. Since July 4 falls on a Saturday this year\, the national holiday is celebrated the day before\, on Friday\, to give people who are normally off work on Saturdays a chance to celebrate. There are no classes in celebration of Independence Day\, a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.
